All warranty work requests fall under one of two types: Emergency or Non-Emergency

EMERGENCY Top
Should you encounter difficulty with any of the following items, please do not hesitate to address them IMMEDIATELY:

1. Electrical Outage or Sparks 3. Gas Leak or Outage
2. Furnace (Heater) Outage 4. Water Leak, from any source

Emergency Telephone Numbers

The following telephone numbers should be used in the event you require emergency service on your home. Emergency items related to homeowner negligence or normal wear items will be billable by the trade contractor.

In the event of an emergency, please ensure your safety first and foremost.
Once safety in ensured, please take reasonable measures to minimize damage where possible.

Trade contractors dealing with the emergency situations above are set up to handle your emergency requests whenever they may occur.  In the unlikely event that the trade contractor does not respond in a timely manner, please have the situation handled by a licensed and insured contractor, and submit receipt(s) for expenses incurred to our offices where they will be will be reimbursed.

If an emergency arises, we'll make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Our warranty does not extend to consequential damage or personal property, or to items supplied or installed by others. In the event of such problems, you should refer any claims to your insurance company.

 

NON-EMERGENCY Top

All warranty work requests must be submitted in writing.
